A while ago, maybe a month, I had this error on my computer when I attempt to open some applications, including Dropbox, Movie Maker. I have re-installed these applications several times from their actual websites. I tried to search for solutions online but I failed.

I will obtain the following error every single time I attempt to launch those few applications. I have avoided using those applications ever since. Can anybody help me out on this problem?
