I tried to download an app that required that i upgrade to windows 8. Unfortunately I received an error while trying to install the download because I didn't have the password for the administrators account. I'm not quite sure how it happened but somehow a password was attached to the account that never had one before. I have racked my brain trying to think of what it could it  be incase I inadvertantly added to the account, to no avail.  So while trying to find help for my particuliar situation only proved to further frustrate me when I could not reset the password because A) I don't have the old password and B) I don't have a reset disk. Can someone help me with this one?  OH! Wait........Did I mention i'm not sure if the email the account is in can't be hosted by gmail than I also have to figure out how to locate the email address to sign in also.-------------YIKES@
