I've got Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac and have various email sub-folders to keep organised. The problem is, when I want to go over the emails I have dropped into the sub-folder, each one takes 5-10 seconds to download and view!

Is there any way that one can download all of the emails at once? Currently each email starts downloading only when I select it
