Whenever I go to download something I click on the get button. Then a little window pops up and says Windows Shell Experience Host telling me I have to choose an account. That's the only thing I can pick. When I click on it a new window pops up and is all grey. I have no idea what's going on. I just want to download something simple like Messenger.
