While that's all well and good, I've been a loyal MS customer since DOS 6.22. I've had SkyDrive since it came out basically and I saw the 'downgrade to 7G' on my account. I've had the same @hotmail account for quite a few years now. Why was I never alerted about the "loyalty program"? I had to buy my 50G plan, seeing I still needed more than the lowly 7G.
