I recently attempted to set up a domain email address on outlook.com. The format was to be *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

After successfully setting up the account I realised that I could send messages but I could not recieve them from this new domain. Can you explain why this is so and how to rectify it.

I have called the customer helpline and sent previous emails but all this has been to no avail. Can you please help me as this is an ongoing problem.
