I have a domain being registered to msn and it was available at domains.live.com

Domain Name- sunilc.biz

I had deleted the domain and wanted to start fresh. The reason for deletion of the domain was that I had tried Exchange Online (Plan 1) with same domain. After configuration and trying the plan, I cancelled it. But after that I was not able to access the email ; *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which was used at live.com and also Exchange Online (Plan 1) through Outlook.com. I was able to access the emails through outlook earlier.

I want the delete the domain - sunilc.biz from live.com data base.
I want to delete the email ID- *** Email address is removed for privacy *** from live.com database so that I could start fresh.

Please help.
