I have been using it without problems for 20 months and today everything was gone.  By searching this forum I was able to piece together a way to restore my emails, but I am concerned and I see that I am not the only one with this experience and none of the answers I read really address this.

PS I posted this question to this catagory because it was the catagory which came up when I searched for answers.
