I can send mail from Windows 10 Mail App (test messages to myself show up in Webmail from my ISP) but not receive mail. Mail seems to demand that I verify my account, and it uses an ISP that changed more than five years ago. I have deleted that email address on my Live account and it still won't send or receive or verify me.
