Does Windows 10 require a " Flash Payer" ?  I Uninstalled Adobe Flash player on advise and told to reinstall it after restarting windows 10.  MS responded that Windows 10 did not require either Shockwave or Adobe Flash Player because it was incorporated into "10"  Some sites don't seem to recognize the incorporated version Flash Player.  ? ? ? ?   What to do ?
