Does anyone have the right to force people to change their passwords?  I don't think so.  That's like my bank trying to force me to change my PIN number every so often whenever I try to access money from a bank account.  I had the same PIN number for about 20 years and I'm so glad my bank never forced me to do that as nobody has the right to force anybody to do anything they don't want to do, so I would sincerely appreciated if microsoft would please stop trying to make it harder for me to access my hotmail account.
