The emails I receive with a pdf attachment open fine. When the attachment is a docx. file, I get a message that says, "We couldn't download one or more of the attachments. Please try again later." Then my only option is to "Retry" or "Dismiss". If I right click on the attachment my only option is to "Download". I have attached 2 screen shots. 1. My mail program version and 2. The error messages.  I am not tech savvy and appreciate the help, thank you!
