I asked a question and the losers at microsoft got back to me with some standard questions via "private" message then they published my answers publicly including account information.


The jackass that was looking into it never got back to me after I answered his initial questions .
He mailed a link to soemthign called a private message but then my answers were publicly displayed including my account details .

Your "help" system is a complete f***ing joke.

This is the "help" I got from these losers. I've been trying to resolve this problem for two weeks
