The jackass that was looking into it never got back to me after I answered his initial questions .
He mailed a link to soemthign called a private message but then my answers were publicly displayed including my account details .
Your "help" system is a complete f***ing joke.
This is the "help" I got from these losers. I've been trying to resolve this problem for two weeks
