boy am I confused. My web address says https://blu171.mail.live.com/default.aspx?id=64855. Does that mean I'm using Windows live ? Everything else says or shows Outlook. Nothing says Win Live anywhere. Whether or not it's Outlook.com or Outlook, I don't know. I'm trying to find out why my contacts keep disappearing and I can't even follow the fix it steps  `cause I'm too stupid to know which email system I use. I can't find any Win Live installations in Contrl Panel except Live Essentials 2011 (what's that good for anyway). CAn someone pls help me? thnx
