TalkTalk are losing some of my emails - I've seen them, then they disappear.  They tell me that it's because some of my  devices are using POP3 for incoming and recommend IMAP.  They say they can't find them and they can't retrieve them. I don't believe them.  Is all this true or false? Woul appreciate any help/advice....
