When I send an E Mail reply it disappears, from the current page, then it appears in the sent items. If I try and copy to a folder, it completely vanishes!,  The same occurs if I try to drag & drop, or move to folder.  the folder properties show there are files there, but they are not shown.

Could you help me please.
