Yesterday I experience a power outage of a few seconds. My Windows 8.1 computer went off. When I rebooted it, I found that all of the Windows Live Mail folders in which I had stored messages on my local machine had disappeared along with my Contacts folder. I have not been able to recover the folders, and I do not even know what the default storage location and file names are that Mail uses in saving them. There does not seem to be sch a location on the computer. Can you tell me where I should look and, if the files are there, how I can restore or recover them. Thanks very much.
