have a hotmail.com email account.  On returning to Australia on 12 August, I found I cannot access my incoming and outgoing mail. It comes up on the screen of my computer and flicks off disallowing any access to anything. I can still receive and send emails on my phone. But I need to be able to have access to hotmail.com on my computer.  What do I do
