when I go to device manager there are at least 3 devices not working. The one I need most is my hp dvd ram GH82N. an error comes up code 39 and I have tried everything with run-msconfig-devmgmt- regedit-etc., but nothing fixes it. when I open the windows it tells me I have the correct drivers for all 3 problems. I have beeb to youtube, the web, etc. When I go to HP SUPPORT SOLUTIONS FRAMEWORK SETUP WIZARD, I cannot even download the HP ICON QUESTION MARK IN THE CIRCLE. I receive an error telling me it ended prematurely because of an error. your system has not been modified. run setup later. I annot even use the hp wizard. nothing is there
