Currently my live account is configured with xxx@outlook com as my primary/default address + *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as an alias. However every time when I try to share a file through onedrive to someone from my company I get an error: Local sender but not authorized (see below a full message)

I consulted my server admin. He said that hotmail server replaced the email headers (FROM) trying to sent an email from @man.poznan.pl. Hotmail isn't an authorized email server to do that. Consequently our email server rejects such posts with a known message error: local sender but not authorized.

How to configure windows live email to send the emails from outlook.com domain instead of my business domain?
