I am so frustrated its not funny. I have tried calling, e-mailing support, and nothing has been done to help. This outlook stuff is a joke. I just want to delete my hotmail account and it wont get past some stupid billing questions. I have a $0 balance but you cant do anything to delete the account. Please help me anyone that works at Microsoft or outlook or whatever this hotmail has gone to. It stinks.
