hey Juzar_Ali..     many thanks for the response..  am running windows live mail 2011.. installed windows 10.. did not like the way it slowed down my puter.. uninstalled it..  so far only problem I notice is the deletion of emails.. when I click the X on the right side of the delete tab, the window appears for permission to remove all items.. I click yes but nothing happens.. also when I go down the list of delete items one by one some will go away others won't.. what do you think?? again thanks
