My list of contacts are shown in two ways:

1) John Jones

2) John Smith

    Address book

I have no difficulty in deleting John Smith by right clicking on the name and choosing "Delete".

However if I attempt the same procedure with John Jones It will not allow me to delete the name.  This is true for all names in my contact list that do not have "Address book" written directly below the name.

If you can help me I would be very grateful.
