I deleted all the addresses in my address book (knowingly) ,n my Windows Mail as there were tens of each address. They seem to multipy!! I managed to do that in one action. That left behind hundreds on address category. I dont have that many categories yet the categories seemed to multiply as well. There are about ten of each category.

It will take ages to delete the categories one by one.

How do I delete all the categories under the address book in Windows Mail in one action?
