I have mistakenly closed an outlook account that I want to reactivate. How do I reactivate it? One more thing, I created an alias with that account that I would also like to be able to use to sign up for a separate new outlook,com account. Is that possible to resolve? Frankly, I don't want to wait a whole year to be able to register with that user name again.
