I was made to update my hotmail account on my iPhone to Outlook and was unaware and there was no warning that now when I delete email from my phone they will delete from the server also. I consequently deleted a number of important folders from
my phone that I did not need on the phone but do need on the server, but they have deleted on both. I need those folders and the contents back urgently. I have tried recovering deleted emails and it seems to have brought some emails back, mainly older ones,
but they are no longer in the folders. Does this mean I have to go through each email and manually move them back to newly created folders. Please no!! as their are thousands. What about others that still seem to be missing that I have tried to seach for
to no avail. I also want to stop this action from happening again. I want to be able to delete messages from my phone but keep them on the server. I have read the forums and done as suggested but it does not work.
