I am trying to retrieve last years sent and deleted message. There is a specific email im trying to retrieve. I sent it to my gmail account but I don1t remember the password or any other details associated with that account ( haven`t used it in over a year).

Is it possible to get the specific email back? or can I get the email address of everyone I contacted in the past year through my Hotmail account?.

Because I sent only one email from my Hotmail account to gmail so it`s not coming up in suggestions or in contacts. It`s very important for me to get that email back. please help me.
