I have read on how to retrieve an deleted email. but for some reason I do not have at the bottom have any of these steps in my deleted folder.

please help some other suggestion would be helpful.

To recover deleted email:

1. In the left pane of the Inbox page

2. Click the Deleted folder,

3. Scroll to the bottom of the window, and then click recover deleted messages.
