Dear Sirs,

I had lost a couple of important emails in 2011 and would like to know if you can help me recover these emails which were deleted by mistake.

 
Do let me know if you can recover deleted messages as way back as April 2011 from my deleted folder / Junk folder. 

Also, I do not want my query to be posted on your webpage.  Please clarify that no one else will be privy to my email except Microsoft. .
