I have a deactivated account which I closed almost 3 years ago. it is now sending emails to a contact. and it appeared to be reopened. I DID NOT reopen this account. how is this happening? I have since logged in and changed password and closed the account again. however I am concerned as to how this could have happened without me re opening the account in the first place. the only emails which appeared in the account were from outlook welcoming me back.

there were no sent items and no trash. so how did this happen?
