Hi,
my daughters accounts were hacked by an ex boyfriend.
We have been trying to recover them for the past few days without success.

We have emailed Microsoft support, tried online chat who suggested reporting as profile abuse.
We got a reply back from them, who said after reviewing the information etc try here.

I don't want to post too many details in an open forum.
