I just contacted customer service regarding the automatic upgrade to my system from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  I told him that Windows 10 removed my antivirus software so I performed a factory restore on my laptop.  I told him my laptop now does not have an operating system because Windows 10 removed Windows 7. He told me I need to take my computer to a local technician to pay to have it fixed, even though Microsoft performed the update without my consent.  When I asked for a phone number to contact Microsoft about this issue, he hung up on me. Bottom line...Microsoft and their customer service sucks.
