I know you received so many questions about this problem but it annoyed people and it annoy me too.

"The account name you requested has been used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use."

One of my domain is vangquan.com and I use multiple under Admin Live service. I did delete an account accidentally and now I have to payback for that. About 2 months or something and I still can't recreate that account. Please let me recreate that account!

Should I privately send one of you the name of that account so that you can help me to let me recreate it?
