I have been using Windows Live Mail and liked it.  My primary e-mail account is with AOL.  I started getting an error code and I tried to fix it.  I exported the data to C:\Users\Bill\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Backup.  Eventually, I uninstalled Windows Live Mail and since it is no longer supported, I'm unable to download it.  Before I uninstalled it, I was unable to import the data back.  Now, I'm able to use Windows 10 Mail with my AOL account, but would very much like to retrieve that data, but have not been successful.  Your assistance will be appreciated.
