I am using Windows Live Movie Maker and when I was done editing the movie, I went to "Save Movie" > "For high-definition display" and saved from there. The result was a VLC media file (.wmv). However, when I play the VLC video file, the text that was supposed to scroll at the end as credits works part way until the last section which streaks. The first 3/4 of the text shows up perfectly and legibly, but the last section is streaked vertically until the end of the video and song. Does anyone know why this is or how I could fix it?

I had assumed I should select "Publish Movie" rather than "Save Movie," but when I select the publish option, all I see is the option to publish the movie on the web (via SkyDrive, Facebook, Youtube, Windows Live Groups, Flickr) and then I can also select "Add a plug-in" or "Manage your services". I'm not sure if the problem is with the file size/type or the way I'm going about publishing the video.

I'm just hoping to get the credits text to show up clearly without streaks. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
