Creating Folders in Outlook Mac 2011

Hi, hoping someone can help me.

Trying to create folders in Outlook for Mac 2011 but getting this error message: 

"This folder cannot have subfolder. As specified by your server, this folder may contain either messages or subfolders, but not both"

Does anyone know a way around this please, would be a huge help!!!
