I created a rule that if the conditions are met, a reply message is sent back to the original sender.  When I choose "reply" (from one of the many "do the following choices"), Outlook enables me to type the text that I want sent.

When an email is received that matches this rule, the reply email is created, but it always ends up in the "Outbox" without being sent.  Is there some way to actually send these replies.
