I have attempted to create a second (alias) account in Windows Live.  I put in the username and a password and received a message confirming that the new account had been created but a pop up box keeps coming up asking me to enter the user name and password for the server.  I put in the user name and the password but the box keeps popping up.  How do I fix this?  My operating system is Windows 8.
