My PC is on Win 7 Pro and Firefox.

Due to alot of problems my computer was reformatted today.

Downloaded WLM from ms website with the same email id and password as in the previous pre-format situation.  My backups were also successfully restored. WLM was not backed up as I don't know how to do that. All the emails have been successfully downloaded to the present day.

WLM downloaded was part of Windows Essentials downloaded as that was the only option I could find.

However, the Created Folders in the left pane are missing. These contain all my personal emails sent and received and all other items I have saved from the Inbox.

My computer is running fine and this is my only problem.

Please help.
