Hi,

I used to & still have *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as my primary id. I created an alias & made that primary id. After which,
1. Sent a test email to that alias, I received a delivery failure.
2. Tried logging into my email account using my old id & the new one as well, it throws up "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now". Thought Outlook.com had another outage but service status says it is good.

Not sure how to get back my account. Can someone please guide me on how to retrieve my account? 

I cannot even call up someone from Microsoft as it says, there is no telephone support for outlook email.

Since I cannot login to my outlook email, can someone please be kind enough to email me @ *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with the steps to retrieve my account.

P.S: I even got a confirmation email from Ms to say that my primary id was changed.
