Hi There,

I referred to one of the blogs and found that using Custom Domain for my small company will give remove a big headache for me to maintain my own mails on domain where I used to get lots of spam. My company does all the work on Microsoft technologies and I hoped that MS do provide something of a good class. But, I was surprised to see below:
  • After moving my mail domain (by configuring my domain DNS, I was able to add members (email IDs) to my domain. All my colleagues were able to access their mail boxes, but some emails between ourselves were not delivered. E.g. one of my colleague sent me an email and I didn't receive it (neither was it there in spam/junk).
  • On my hosting provider's mail dashboard, I was able to add Mailing Groups and the emails sent to that group were being forwarded to few of us. How can I achieve such a basic feature?
  • My understanding of mail alias was that I just create it for myself and still receive it in the same mailbox, but when I tried to create 1 alias, it said I need to verify the mail ID ( when its alias, how do I verify the mail ID?).
Please help me on this, otherwise I'll have to go back to my hosting provider and live with 100s of the junk coming in our mailboxes.

Regards,
Nik

PS: For moderators:- I cant find the right category (for custom domain) and sub-category, so pls change it as required.
