Hi everybody!

I have annoying problems with some of my windows 10 apps.
A week ago I used an Ultrasurf proxy to update my antivirus. Before that all my accounts and apps on my laptop were working well but then suddenly one by one stopped working. My mail apps couldn't refresh my accounts to show new emails of my accounts. and store apps stopped working and also weather and edge and all apps which require an account to sync. Then I restored my apps and removed my account as I thought it may help but unfortunately nothing changed. I'm not sure if it is related to using that Ultrasurf proxy or not but I tried almost all the solutions related to crass apps like SFC, Powershelll and ... unsuccessfully. The problem is that it seems my windows apps can't recognize my internet connections and networks. For example when I open the Store App this error comes: the error code is 0x80072EFD, in case you need it (which is a connection error) (I've tried all the solutions for this error and none worked) or when I open Edge it can't connect to internet and open a page. or when I want to add an account to my mail app this error appears: we can't connect to the service you need right now. Check your network connection and try this again later.

Can anyone help me with this? I appreciate.
