I have been working on a video for the last 5 days .

I saved it and when I tried re opening it I get an error can't open corrupt file.

I have been trying to fix for hours 

I have run a repair through windows live essentials but no good ..

I don't understand it has been working fine 

Pls help I really don't want to have wasted all that time
