Outlook 2011 Mac

I have 6 or 7 email accounts.  Most are IMAP, one is exchange and one is POP3

Sometime ago I had to rebuild my database due to corrupt emails in some folders.

This recovered 375 folders which now sit in my local email account under "on my computer".

If I spend the time to place these emails back in there correct folders I will then have duplicates and in some cases it will mean one email is corrupt and the other good...

My question is how do I run a script to delete the corrupt duplicate email and not the good one?

I then need to rebuild the database again as I constantly get cannot find the server messages even though everything is ok.

Any help appreciated, Thanks, Paul
