Does anyone know of a "free" tool which I can use to convert a load of old photos in Mix and Raw format into JPEG.  I have a new machine with Win 8.1 on it and it will not now enable me to see the photos.  This will be a one off conversion so I don't really want to pay for something I will not use again - so any help would be appreciated
