I have a Windows 7 64bit Enterprise Os based laptop.

I have the below codec installed already: 
Microsoft Camera Codec Pack (16.4.1734.1104) 
 
I have followed these steps:
1. Launch Photo Gallery.
2. Double click the RAW photo and click the option Make a copy under Manage category.
3. Rename the file and change the file format as JPEG and click the Save button.

This does help converting to JPEG, however photo gallery does not allow me to edit the photo..

all options are greyed out

pls help
