I appear to have completely lost some emails that were turned into conversations by this new Outlook interface.

Some of these emails contain vital information, in fact one of them is an offer for University, I have now completely lost that and there is no trace of it at all, not even any trace in sent items of my correspondence!!!!!

I have gone into settings and now turned off the conversation threading.

Hasn't made the emails reappear though. It is as if the emails never even happened, wiped from inbox, from sent, not even appearing in deleted items.

I need these emails back and I need them back urgently!
