I bought a new refurbished computer in January and it came with Windows 10. After running the program and being denied access to everywhere or anywhere i choose to have a IT tech uninstall 10 and Go to 7or 8 well that didnt work so i went back to 10 and i have almost completed all of the setting only lacking some apps but im having the same problem . I cant do anything on this computer and I have called to complain and they send me the privacy act. I need help on what to do , im not very educated on the new technoligy but i dont need to be , I mainly use it for entertainment or searching nothing that should cause this problem. It has really got out of hand . Please help im having probles writing this my mouse moves my pages will move , I have not got to do anything on this computer.
