I forwarded an email 3 days ago, and the recipients are receiving it continuously,  When I tried to check it in my sent box it wasn't there.  I've been received recurring - Undeliverable Mail- emails when recipients inboxes were filled, and have had to mark as junk.    What can I do to help myself and my friends?
