Original title: Contacts on my desktop to Onlive Live on my laptop

I have looked but can not find the answer.   I currently have Live Mail downloaded on my home desktop, but I use my laptop (work) quite a bit and access my email through live.com.  How do I get the contacts that are on my desktop to link with my online live account??
